We ask the talent for an explanation, and depending on that explanation we may need to ask for Docs.
When should we escalate any delayed backgrounds and who do we escalate to? What information do they need?
If the eta has been pushed back and it goes past 5 business days. Escalate to Carrie - she needs the screening type, area of the delay and the Order ID
How should we be double checking state and custome forms?
We should be using the e728 and the WI/ESPM to check and ensure all documents are completed and accounted for.
Why is it important to copy Brittney Kessel on any that use a VMS tool?
This notifies the VMS ops team that our part is done, and they are good to do their part so the talent can get started. If we don’t send that then the talent can sit in limbo for weeks because they’re not aware
What is our process if E-Verify is down or delayed?
•Still continue with documenting the I9 and moving forward with the talent
•Keep the OB request open until it fully authorizes/processes
•We only verify the information that we have, we should not be reaching out for copies of DL, ID, etc., to verify info.
How can we verify what is being ran in the vendor is correct?
•Reach out to the talent to verify – hey you entered this info, is that correct?
•Look at EMP and ensure that we have the required number/time frame of employers running
