What does the term Anxiety mean to you? 

Anxiety is an emotion characterized by feelings of tension; worried thoughts accompanied by physical signs. You may suffer from compulsive behaviors or panic attacks about an imminent event or something with an uncertainty. Like when your not sure if you want to take a new job or not, or when the economy is going bad & causing everyone to worry about what will happen next. Like the price of gas.

When I want to die, When I isolate myself, When I lose interest in things, When I finally cry, When I can't get out of bed, When I become unable to care for myself, When depression stays with me for more than one day.

What are the things that might trigger your anxiety? 

Excessive caffeine, Finances, Not enough sleep, Conflict, A messy home environment, people personalities, Work environments, Social gatherings, Self-Neglect, Parties, Stress or Medications.

How can you determine if you are out of shape and need more exercise? 

Out of breath after walking up a flight of stairs, Poor muscle tone, Obesity, Feeling exhausted after short periods of exertion or Generally tired, lethargic and bored.

What is an antidepression and how does it work in treating depression? 

Antidepressants are a broad group of drugs used to treat depression. Although they do not cure depression, they are effective at improving mood and relieving symptoms such as restlessness, anxiety, sleep problems and suicidal thoughts.

You can't work or complete activities of daily living, You are thinking about suicide, Can't work or maintain relationships, Feel sad or slowed down, Abuse alcohol or other substances, Abuse food or not eating at all.

Avoid lifting anything that weighs over 10 pounds, Limit my activity to 15 minutes a day, Avoid exertion of any kind, Limit my activity to 5 minutes of stretching or avoid exercising completely.

Limit caffeine intake, Avoid alcohol, Eat a balance diet, Get regular sleep, Keep an anxiety journal, Use affirmation, Avoid nicotine, Physical activity, Relaxation exercises, Use aroma therapy, Talk to someone who gets it or Join a support group.
