- If they refuse to leave, contact PD
- Wait to see if they steal again and then app them

- Ensure they know who the top offenders are/store alerts
- Ensure they are looping through top theft/high shortage areas
- Comfort them. Tell them you understand and have been in this situation yourself

Escort the victim to their vehicle when they leave
Inform leaders of the situation so they can be on the lookout and know how to handle the situation if you are not in
