The deadline to submit a SAP appeal for UG students is...
True or false: The term “SAP Suspended” is equivalent to "NOSAP"
FALSE:
The term “SAP Suspended” is not to be confused with NOSAP, which refers to students who did not meet the parameters of their plan and are restricted from appealing to regain financial aid eligibility for two terms.
Instead, "SAP Suspended" refers to students who are unsatisfactory, and do not meet the requirements of SAP. These students can work with advisors to submit an appeal.
What is the difference between SAP Codes and SAP cohorts?
SAP Codes are what you may see in Banner Admin (ROASTAT), Hard SAP, or the SAP Plan Criteria Report, showing a student's current SAP status. For example, GCUGS = Satisfactory, GCUGPF = plan failed/NOSAP, GCUGU = unsatisfactory, etc.
SAP Cohort refers to the anniversary term that a student will be run for SAP review:

16 = C2
51 = C3
56 = C4
81 = C5
86 = C6
