This is the base number of family care days that can be used each year, and what they can be used for.
What is 4 (additional time can be requested from Superintendent in extenuating, one-time circumstances), which can be used for any type of care, not just illness?

This is the time after exhausting their paid time off that a member must submit a request to the sick bank.
