WA ULIL AMRI MINKUM

And holders of authority from amongst you

IN-NAKA ‘ALA KULLI SHAI’IN QADEER

Verily, You are the Omnipotent

WALLAHU YA’SIMUKA MINAN-NAAS

And Allah will protect you from the people

BIMA ‘AAHADA ‘ALAIHULLAHA

What he has pledged with Allah

WA IL-LAM TAF’AL

And if you did not do so

YADULLAHI FAUQA AIDEEHIM

Allah’s hand is upon their hands

WA ‘ALAYKA TIKALI

And on You I rely

4

YA ‘ALY BI-LUTFIKA ADRIKNI

O Aly, help me with Your kindness

WA MAN AUFAA

And he who fulfills

LA ILAHA ILLALLAHUL MALIKUL HAQQUL MUBEEN

There is no deity except Allah, the Sovereign, the Ultimate Truth, the Evident

WA TAKHOONU AMAANAATIKUM

And do not betray your trusts

MAA UNZILA ILAYKA MIR-RABBIKA

What has been revealed to you from your Lord

YELLOW

WA LAM YOOLAD

Nor was He begotten

2

WA ANTUM TA’LAMOON

While you know

3

WA ADKHILNA DARAS-SALAAM

And usher us in the abode of peace

4

WERZUQNA, WERHAMNA

And give us our bread, and have mercy upon us
