No. Self-control.

Let a teacher know there is a mess and they will let the janitors know.
If someone is trying to "be first" or "be last" in line, what should my response be?
We are all going to the same exact place. If someone is trying to be first or last, allow them to do so and the teacher will handle the situation.
I see a friend who is visibly upset around me. What do I do?
You may comfort the friend if they allow it! Ask them how you can support them. If they need space, provide space. If they need to chat, find the right time to do so such as lunch or recess. This doesn't just apply to the classroom. But most of our time is spent in the classroom.
The whistle blew at recess to go inside for lunch. Where do I go if I am hot lunch and where should I stand if I am home lunch?
If I am getting hot lunch, I will be standing outside the gym door waiting to go in and hop in the lunch line. If I am home lunch, I will go back to the dismissal door and wait to go upstairs and get my lunch from my locker being led by a teacher.

Everyone who is watching, especially those who are younger than us.
I need a piece of paper for something unrelated to school because I want to draw. When is a good time to grab one?
Not during workshop time and not during learning time. This could be during lunch or dismissal or when your homeroom teacher gives you the opportunity.
If I am outside and there is a fire drill, where do I go?
Find your teacher and watch where they are walking. We will be standing in the same spot in front of the school on the hill by the entrance to the parking lot.
