AAA can't tow to an AAR / ARC after hours

After hours- ARC/AAR are still to be offered on every qualifying tow call.  Even at night, holidays, and weekends  EXAMPLES: 

  • The shops are closed right now but we can take the vehicle to the shop.  You would still get the priority service first thing in the morning the next business day.  

  • We can usually still take the vehicle to the shop.  We just need you to ride with or meet the driver at the TD to receive the keys- if there is no drop off at that location.  

  • We can drop the vehicle off in a secure location and then the shop will call you when they open up. You do also get a 10% discount off labor.  

  • We may tow your vehicle to your residence until the repair shops open up but it will take another one of your entitlements to get the veh to the repair shop.  

  • I can check to see if we have a AAA repair center near you home that can get you priority service and 10% labor discount when they open up.

  1. Part Return Available upon Request -  
    As evidence of work performed, all replaced parts will be returned to the member, provided they request them at the time they deliver the vehicle for service.  Parts that must be returned to the manufacture under warranty or exchange program are excluded, but must, on request, be avail for inspection when the member picks up their vehicle.  

  2. Written Estimate The Member will be provided a written estimate of the cost of all work to be performed on their vehicle.  The cost of the work performed may not exceed the estimate by more than 10% unless authorized by the member in advance.  Local and state regulations take precedence where they exceed these requirements.
