A counter-argument introduces an opposing argument (from the other side of the issue) and a refutation explains why that opposing argument is not as good as your argument.

Why is using library databases better for university students than searching Google? Name 2 reasons.

Databases have the most reliable academic information.

Articles in databases have been selected by experts for quality and usefulness.

Articles in databases are free, so you don't have to pay for articles.

You don't have to spend time evaluating the credibility of articles in databases.

Google doesn't have access to ALL academic information. Some is only released to academic publications that are subscribed to by libraries.
