NO! Companies use job descriptions to describe the PERFECT candidate, but someone could not meet all the requirements and still be a good candidate.

4) Interview for the position

5) Write a thank you email after the interview

When you request an accommodation, do you have to mention your disability?

You do have to mention that the accommodation is related to the disability, but you don't have to say what disability you have if you don't want to. However, they are allowed to require a doctor's note.
