Let your supervisor know. Take data on laminated sheets or a piece of paper, the best you can. Track all maladaptive behavior that occurs. Make note of it in your session note. Make sure to erase or shed anything that has patient information (PHI) on it or leave it at the house.
A client's family wants to go out in the community, what should you do?
Get approval from your supervisor unless they already know and have given approval. In the second case, you would just inform them of the information.
