Name a time you wont have a lunch break
On larger field trips where we eat with the campers instead of leaving the room (you get paid for a lunch you eat with the kids!)
What does it mean to know what our count is/ whether or not we are in ratio?
Count- knowing exactly how many kids are signed into camp for the day and knowing where each child is AT ALL TIMES
Ratio- For example, when you're about to leave a room, you want to ensure that our 1:4 ratio will be maintained. If you have 18 kids in the room, there must be 5 counselors with them. This determines whether or not you may leave the room.

Half of the counselors are in the pool watching and playing with the campers, and half of the counselors are out of the pool watching the kids from a bird's eye view.

verbal queues! Also, limit the number of supplies you give them at once to avoid confusion

YES, regardless of what they may say, there still needs to be a report just in case something happens. (ex. a cut gets infected, or a camper falls and a bruise shows up later in the day)
Walk us through the process of a wheelchair transfer!
make sure the brakes are on, have 2 counselors (one holding knees, the other holding underarms), one counselor counts to 3 and both lift to move the camper to a safe spot on the floor.
