Helping associates develop and grow into experts in role by identify and discussing their strengths and opportunities.

Whats the difference between Customer Activity Rate (aka Adjusted Conversion) and Raw Conversion?

Customer activity rate includes return transactions (positivity), where raw conversion only includes net positive transactions toward the percentage.

What is DTS used for? 

Serves as an electronic record of conversations had with associates(neutral notes), a tool to help teams hold associates accountable for any violations to store policies(poor notes/UPN), and to record associates successes(positive notes)

What is a SPAH Bucket, where can you find this, and how do you know which number you use? 

SPAH Bucket tells you how much 1 associate hour is worth for that day based on your SPAH Plan. 

you can find this on powerBI under the People-Hours & Scheduling > Spah Calendar Tab located on bottom of the page.

SPAH Bucket will be based off of day of the week, and SPAH Plan for the day.

How many times should managers ideally be following up with associates in regards to selling goals?

As a floor supervisor we should be ideally following up with all associates hourly (if times allows). This will ensure we can give feedback in the moment/coach if associates aren't meeting store expectations, or celebrate wins for associates who are reaching their goals.
