Regular Part-Time Associates, not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, are generally eligible for 5 days of vacation time annually (pro-rated based on date of hire).
What is the difference from “Absent” vs being “Tardy”?
If an associate arrives or is not physically present more than five minutes but less than 30 minutes after their scheduled start time (or meal break return time) without manager approval they are considered "Tardy". If they are over 30 minutes late or do not arrive at all they are considered "Absent".
