Two questions you would ask if you're on the phone with someone and received a bomb threat.

Cancel appointments and notify patients with an appointment by text or phone call that the site will be closed.
You are alone at Greeter #1. Someone from the media wants to do a quick interview with you to talk about how great of a job you and the site is doing providing essential testing services. This is what you do.
Tell them you are unfortunately unable to speak to anyone from the media without permission from the KC communications team.
Call over a supervisor if they are persistent who will give them contact information for people they can reach out to.
