When a client needs to re-schedule an appointment but the day they want to re-schedule for happens to be the same day your teammate is meeting them, what should you do???
1. Let them know you are not supposed to see them on the same day as teammate and schedule a different day.
2. Ask your teammate if they have any wiggle room to move their schedule around.
3. Ask the CM permission to schedule the same day just this one time and THEN WRITE A CM NOTE:-)
