-Use Vacu Vin stoppers for all wine poured by the glass.
-Wine Labeling (Back label) Using silver or black sharpie, day of date opened/last day fresh. Time opened. Bartender initials.
- Wine Shelf Life is 72 hours (3 days) opened using the Vacu Vin system. All open white wine must be refrigerated to ensure freshness.
