The longest sequence of activities to complete a project
What is the CRITICAL PATH?
A formal short document that states a project exists and provides project managers with written authority to begin work.

This tool is used to create project timelines

These are the tools a PM should review on a weekly/daily basis for a study actively enrolling
What are the ADI log, the Looker dashboard, the timelines (also potentially TMF/ISF metrics, monitoring schedule)?
These allow measurements of efficiency, productivity, resources, timelines and quality
