What is The credit is not applied to the T-Mobile bill. The “credit” is a prepaid MasterCard that is mailed after the customer pays final bill with original carrier, which could be over a month after cancelling, it’s not applied to T-Mobile bill. Customers must mail or upload their last bill online that shows the ETF was charged to receive credit.
