A certified fair-trade organic classic is synonymous with fruit-forward flavors of dark chocolate, almonds, and berry-like fruit. This medium roast coffee is dark enough to stand up to milk, but not so dark as to hide the inherent flavor qualities of the blend’s component coffees. It's origin is from Ethiopia and Sumatra.

These medium-dark roast coffee blends are for sale at the cafe in 12oz bags in a sleek and black Thuma finish, however it is not a Thuma blend.

Where are Sumatra, Kenya, Colombia, El Salvador, Ethiopia?
Coffee beans, the source of our beloved beverage, come from coffee plants, which are evergreen trees or shrubs. These plants produce a fruit, often called a "cherry," containing seeds (the coffee beans). The beans are then extracted from the cherry, processed, and roasted, ultimately becoming the coffee we recognize.
How is coffee made?
One of our only savory pastries we will be selling in store is a uniquely flaky, creamy, and earthy buttery puff pastry filled with a velvety, spiced vegetable. This turnover is incredibly satisfying and makes a great savory breakfast.
What is the Curry Potato Bourek?
This Spanish drink will not be displayed on the menu, but can be ordered at any cafe. It includes a double shot of espresso (2 oz.) with equal part steamed milk.

Popular in NY, Cafe Thuma serves this decadent treat in a hot or iced beverage, delivering a rich cocoa flavor made of 100% Vietnamese ingredients. SF will be selling their chocolate bars as well :p
