Define colluding in the context of work
2 or more individuals secretly cooperating to engage in unethical or manipulative behavior for personal gain or to harm others (e.g. talking about work with coworkers in a way that contributes to a toxic or hostile work environment, causing a situation to escalate through gossip rather than direct communication with coworkers/supervisors)
Any references to CFL on your accounts (incl photos of you in your staff shirt)
Any photos of participants, coworkers, CITs, etc. (even without faces)
It's necessary to submit a doctor's note when
You've missed more than 3 consecutive workdays

Do NOT communicate this to NYCPS/ school building employees directly
Examples of putting personal friendships ahead of professional relationships
Giving the person some “slack” because they’re your friend, family member, or girlfriend/boyfriend.
Letting them get away with things that you wouldn’t let others get away with.
Giving the person preferential treatment or unearned opportunities
Supporting the person’s side in a conflict with someone else in the group because they’re your friends, family, etc., and not because you think their position makes sense
Letting someone else's personal opinion of a coworker affect how you view them
Potential risk(s) of having your accounts public
Students may find information about your personal life that you are not prepared/willing to discuss with them
Even if your out-of-work activities are not affiliated with/regulated by CFL, students or their families could express concerns
