Traditional holds are two-weeks but may vary depending on level of urgency, proximity to date, and/or personal circumstance.

What method of payment do we accept?
Payment can be made by major credit cards, checks, money orders and campus KFS accounts. Cash is not accepted. If you wish to pay by check or money order please make arrangements to drop off the payment in person. Checks can be made out to "University of Maryland."

What is our deposit and cancellation policy?
The deposit fee is fifty percent (50%) of the total room rental fee and a $75 administrative fee. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the event of a cancellation made prior to six (6) months of the wedding date, the Chapel retains the deposit and the $75 administrative fee; other payments are returned to the Licensee. In the event of a cancellation made less than six (6) months before the wedding date, no refund will be issues.
At no time will a 100% refund be issued.
