Apr 24, 2020 A temporary email process has been created for ACH and wire inquiries while the Retail Wire Research group is unable to handle phone calls.

Steps to take:

· Review Transaction details for additional information of the ACH or wire transfer

Phone specialists:

· If unable to locate the customer’s inquiry:

· Go to FrontPage

· Open Forms Online under References

· Search for ACH and Wire research escalation Form

· Fill out banker section with your information

· Fill out customer’s information section and enter the ACH or wire details

· Select reason for inquiry

· If customer needs to do a recall, read disclosure and select Yes after reading disclosure

· Enter the reason for the request in the box

· Once form is completed, select File then Send File

· Outlook email will appear, enter the customer’s ECI in the subject line

· Enter wires.ACH.urgent@chase.com in the To line and send

· Tell customer Wire Research will review their inquiry and reach out to them to provide resolution within one business day
