These are the procedures for an Intruder.
Option 1: Lock and Block the front door, clear the way to open the storm shelter, everyone enter the storm shelter, close and lock the door, wait it out.
Option 2: Lock and Block the front door, if the intruder begins to break in before everyone is in the storm shelter, grab anything and be ready to fight.
These classroom rules were broken in this scenario:During Mr. Kroah's instruction, Colton got up from his seat, without asking, and began sharpening his pencil. Colton was instructed to sit down, since he did not ask to get up. Colton continues to sharpen his pencil, and sits down when his pencil is sharpened fully.
