We will never set ourselves in opposition to the church because of this core value.
What is the Necessity of (Or Commitment to) the Local Church?
This is one of the two financial requirements a staff member must meet in order to be allowed on campus in the fall (starting Fall 2023).

This is the max number of sick days that can be "banked" by a staff member after they're carried over each year.
What is 15?
On this platform, staff members are expected to be extremely wise, gracious, and positive while interacting with others.
What is Social Media?
This is made available to all full-time staff members after a family member has passed away.
What is bereavement leave?
We are diligent in prayer, studying the Word, and participating in the sacraments partly because we believe in this core value.
What is Grace?
There are no annual limits for reimbursements - unless a reimbursement will bring your ministry account under this number.
What is $2500?
After having a child, a staff member will receive this many business days off of work.
What is 10?
This is the rate at which an electronic item purchased with a personal ministry account will depreciate each year until it is 100% owned by a staff member.
What is 25%?
While on a sabbatical: rest, relaxation, and recreation purchases are this type of expense.
What is a personal expense?
Our desire to see students grow in this core value should overshadow our desire to see them gain ministry skills.
What is Christlike Character?
The enforcement of this policy may keep you from being able to support raise from a former COCI graduate.
What is the Support Raising Rules of Engagement Policy?
This is the name of the retirement plan all full-time staff are allowed to enroll in through GPC.
What is a 403(b)?
Name one of two instances when, as a COCI staff member, you are required to abstain from alcohol.

Health benefits are provided by GPC to part-time employees who work this many hours or more per week.
