If the Administrator directs a search for a bomb, the first place that should be searched is..

The first thing to identify about the voice of the caller is...
the gender of the caller
If a bomb is not found in the first search, a second search will take place of these areas
parts of the facility that are normally blocked: supply closets, maintenance rooms, break rooms.
Other things you should NOT do include...
Use of two way radios, touch or move suspicious packages
Name three characteristics of the callers voice you should listen for.
Accent, Breathing heavy/rapid, crack in voice, clearing of the throat, etc.
The Administrator may direct these individuals to do a search for the bomb
