Before moving forward with any intimate act, what should you ALWAYS do?
ASK FOR CONSENT!
Can intoxicated people consent?
Yes
YES! If there are already established boundaries and limits, nonverbal consent is also acceptable (though verbal consent is still very important!)
When should one ask for consent?
In any physical, romantic, or sexual situation
Engaging in sexual intercourse with somebody who is intoxicated is generally a ___ idea.

Cat calling, lewd jokes, uncomfortable persistence, staring, unwanted physical touch, etc.

STOP! Leave it at that until you are sober

How can consent be communicated without making the situation awkward?
Asking for consent won't (at least, it shouldn't) kill the mood for anyone; Just asking a simple question is okay! ("How do you feel about doing...")
When asking for consent from someone who is intoxicated, what are some good questions to keep in mind?
Can the person communicate clearly? / Is the person coherent? / Are they sober enough to understand the situation? / Will they regret the decision when sober? / etc.
