Clerk and Treasurer

The failure to vote by a Member who is present at the meeting when a vote is called. The vote is counted as a negative.

Abstention from Voting

General public

This motion is open to debate, shall be relevant, and shall not propose a direct negative to the main motion.

Motion to Amend

Council may enter this when personal matters about an identifiable individual are discussed.

Closed Meeting
