When an educator completes an accident/injury report who should get a copy?
1 copy should be given to the parent(s)
1 copy should be given to the office for the child's file
1 copy should be placed in the child's classroom folder
What should you do if you encounter a group from another program that wants to join you to play at Flagstaff Hill or Bakery Square?
Leave or reach a polite negotiation with the other group

Who is responsible for the safety and supervision of the children?
Every staff member and educator at the program. Each staff member also has extra responsibility for accounting for the children whose supervision cards they are holding.

Every educator is responsible for safety on walks, and for accounting for the children on their supervision cards.
Who should sign an injury and incident report?
The staff person filling out the form and a parent/guardian of the child.
What should you do if a child is missing?
One educator should communicate this to a Director/Assistant Director immediately and they will advise you about what to do next.
The actions of the other team members may depend on the situation. (Look for the child, calm the rest of the group, etc)
