Fill out a locker rental return form (unless also filling out cancellation paperwork). If its our lock, the lock needs to remain on the locker.

They need to show you their fitlife card from their home club (check the expiration date). They still need to follow the same guest policies as regular guests
When downgrading a membership, how much notice do we require before it's effective?
One week before the 1st of the month, but can do less if I'm able to change it in the computer.
