To ensure that your product keys are available after your subscription expires, you need to export them before the expiration date of your subscription. To export your keys, connect to the Product Keys page and select the blue Export all keys button.

How will you assist the customer when they encountered an error, “Sorry our systems are detecting a problem with your account.” When claiming a product key through Education Hub?

I will collaborate with Risk Ops to check if there is a block on the account. If none, we will call the customer and assist them in claiming the product key; if the issue persists, we will escalate it to the program team.

  • They get a new subscription GUID.
  • Their benefits are reset. For example, if they already used a training benefit, they receive a new instance of that benefit.

The customer needs assistance as they have a valid subscription however, they only see VS Dev Essentials in the portal. After you checked the customer's email in MyPortal, you found out that it is associated with multiple subscriptions (both active and expired). On the Benefits page, the subscription in use is displayed in the drop-down list next to the Featured benefit. You can use the drop-down to switch between subscriptions if you have more than one. If you only have one, the drop-down is disabled.
