Verbal write-up: Staff shows the participant the write- up with the norm that was not followed.
Written write-up: Staff writes the participant up and shows the leader. Dates when the verbal write-up was given. Leader speaks with parent to inform them on what is going on.
2nd Write- Up: Staff write the participant up and shows leader. Leader speaks with parent for intervention and meeting. Date of previous write-up will be written.
Why is it important to ask participants open-ended questions?
It would prompt them to expand on their answers, not just give a one-word response.
