If you have multiple of the same items, you must scan each item individually instead of one item multiple times.  This helps ensure quality control. The exception is bulk and other specialty areas that have different rules.

As a counter agent, I can wait to put bulk on the spreadsheet until after all orders are printed in Datatrax.

You must put the orders on the spreadsheet before printing them in case the order prints to the back when printing it, that way the expediter knows it is part of a bulk.

Yes

Although you may hear beeps during the process, the tone remains the same whether there is an error or not.

If I place an order only using points for a member, can it be classified as their subscription order for the month?

No, it must have PV in order for it to count as the loyalty order for the month that they are paying for. (This is considered a One Time Order)

  However, if you add even one item that they are paying for and does have PV; it can be considered as their subscription order for that month.

For Curbside on Saturday, can we have food and drink in the Fulfillment area since there is no TL there normally?

Once set up at the beginning of the shift, the computer will be set up with that packing station unless you need to exit WM and get back in.

Please let the agent complete their tasks at the counters without disrupting what they need to do.  After the member has been sitting down for at least 2 minutes and you don't see any notes on the spreadsheet about what is going on, you can message the agent along with both TL's in Teams.  Please make a group chat and don't just mention the agents and their Team Leads in the PC chat.

What do you do when looking into an item that you might need to short wave?

Add the information on the spreadsheet and then add a note to the spreadsheet that you are aware of the short wave and resolving it.

Please inform the member if they chat in, that you are working on their order and give them a time frame of about how long it should be so they know you received their message.

B) Let a TL know

C) Keep ship confirming the orders without saying anything.
