Yes:

1) It's free speech, also a non-prohibited item within a residence hall room

2) If the sign is clearly harmful (ex: All Cat Owners Need to Die) or bias-oriented (ex: CDs are terrible and Stinky), then we can ask them to take it down

3) We cannot remove the sign just because we do not like the candidate, as political affiliation is a protected category (ex: Vote Wally Wolverine for Mayor!)

Actually, yes. Political activities are permitted to be in PUBLIC areas (anywhere not requiring a card swipe)

They cannot enter residential wings unless ESCORTED by a resident
