Categorically Eligible
For infants and younger toddlers, it is the staff members lap or chest. For older toddlers, it may be a place where teachers model and practice calm down breathing and other techniques.

If a child misses lunch due to coming in late or falling asleep prior to lunch, the child will be offered a snack using 2 food components and milk.
