Composed
When does the meeting occur with the RO's Final Charge, the introduction of the EDW teams, Director of Election's Message, and arrangements for travel.
The Day Before the Elections
I am to sit or stand quietly in the polling station. Looking and listening is my job, except when a vote is being done openly, then I must step outside until it is finished.
Observer
I am responsible for the polling station, and lead all procedures there. I verify the electors, administer all oaths, give instructions on how to vote, and determine if an elector has VOTED.
