This role must must approve all expenses in writing when an expense report is submitted.

Team members will be reimbursed for mileage at a rate per mile that is in compliance with this agency's guidelines.

While seasonal and temporary team members who are regularly scheduled to work are eligible for staff membership benefits during the period of their seasonal or temporary employment, this category of non-permanent staff is NOT eligible.
What is a substitute staff person?
A team member who is rehired more than this many days after their separation from employment is required to undergo Child Abuse Prevention training as well as Workplace Harassment Prevention training.

Reimbursement for the use of privately-owned automobiles does not include mileage from this location to the team member’s primary work location.

Full-time and benefited part-time team members regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week are entitled to this benefit, intended to accrue and provide pay when the employee is voluntarily away from work.
What is vacation pay?
At the time of hire, all childcare team members must receive:
-A one-time health screening
-A negative result on this type of test
What is a tuberculosis (TB) test?
When traveling away from home on approved Association business, the Association will reimburse reasonable costs for this expense.
What are meals?
Staff memberships are limited to 2 adults and children under the under of 18 who are related to, and living in the same location as whom?
Who is the team member?
All team members working in licensed childcare positions are required to provide proof of immunization against these 3 viruses or infections unless the team member submits a written statement from a licensed physician.
What are influenza, pertussis and measles?
Team member expense reports are required to be submitted within this timeframe of the incurred expense.
What is 30 days?
Team members who are in good standing at the time of their retirement and have been employed by the Association continuously for at least this many years are eligible to receive an individual membership at no cost to the retired team member.
