I have no reason not to eat junk food. The junk food taste so good and it makes me feel good. When I eat healthy I do not loose weight fast enough, i feel hungry and I have no fun watching alll having a good time eating.

There was a time when I had one baby and I was taught breathing techniques. When ever the Dept of SS SW made me feel threatened I would stop mid sentence and breathe. I could tell then the SW really wanted to help me.
