A client enters the lobby holding their small 20lb terrier mix in their arms. The dog is breathing rapidly and seems like he is not aware of his surroundings. (online appt for ADR)

CCR should bring pt to treatment to the medical team. Ideally, 2nd CCR should be obtaining information from the client to get pt checked in (  potentially obtaining a CPR status), and if a room is available, move client to a room. If no room is available, speak with medical team to figure out which client can remove from a room to get one available.

We do not have any available appointments tonight, but our West Chester location (25 minutes fom the Greene) does have appointments available, or we can get you in for an appointment in the morning. Alternatively, if your pet cannot wait until morning, there are two Emergency Hospitals in the area, MedVet Dayton and Care Center Dayton.
