What is the warranty on an 1800 unit, does this differ on an 1800XTSx?
1800s have a 5 year warranty for manufacturing defects.
1800XTSx is 2 years on the system, 5 years on the compressor.
What is an HA2 alarm mean? Common causes?
The temperature at the condenser coils is too hot. Over 130/140 depending on the unit.
restrictive airflow, dirty filter, failed fan/controller, hot ambient.

Yes, but not in the field. The unit would need to come back for retrofitting.
I have a Legacy wine opener that looks like your Rogar openers. Will those parts work?
Our parts may work for other openers but we are unable to guarantee it. They are designed for authentic Rogar openers.
If a cabinet is damaged in transit, what should we do?
get pictures, and send the appropriate solution.We can repair in the field, replace a part or all of the cabinet depending on extent of damage.
LA means the cellar is too cold (below 45)
LA2 means the intake outside the cellar is too cold, below 40.
"My unit is triggering an LA alarm, but my cellar is 55 and reading 55 on the display."

Lets check the ALL setting per the manual.
NO, Houdini units need the bottle probe to measure temperature which is not compatible with networkable displays.
1800 units can not use networkable displays.

No, all returns require the items to be in new and unused condition with the original packaging.
How do we test for a gas leak on a Winekeeper?
Check all connections with water and look for bubbles. Bubbles mean gas escaping. Is the thumbwheel tightened?
What is a DEF alarm?
DEF is not an alarm! It indicated the unit is in defrost mode. Customer will often think its an alarm, but it is normal.
I have a split CellarPro unit. My evaporator is off, and its icing up. It sounds like the condenser is running.
What stands out?
I see the 1800XTS has cold airflow on the front and underneath the unit. Can I put the unit on top of the cabinet (outside of the cabinet)?
