How to log in to FT
Steps:
Click on the Desktop icon.
Enter the applicable username and password (same as FDR).

What is the purpose of Queue #1 New cases queue?
NEW CASES : Acknowledge the claim. Refer claim for chargeback if applicable. Decide if the claim belongs in Fraud or Non-Fraud
What does #1 Case Queue icon do/show?
takes you back to the main page where you see you list of cases
What does the 8th Icon Lost/Stolen show/do?
Reflects the loss information the memo notes ALSO found at the top right as well.
How to search for an account? (There are two ways)
In the top right corner, select Account Number/Case ID Search from the queue list.

What is the purpose of Queue #10 Pend case query?
Pending Cases: Resolve the claim and close it
What does #2 Transactions List icon do/show?
Brings you back to the main page with the customer info, monetary buckets, and transaction list.
What does the 11th Icon Statement History show/do?
Gives you details as far as the statement date, days in billing cycle, credit line, merchant description, merchant CAT Code, City/State
How to open up a claim once you've searched it?
Double click selected claim, OR 2nd icon "Transaction List".

What is the purpose of Queue #7 Open active case files queue?
A claim is reopened or placed in pending, to follow up and perform any additional actions to close the claim.
What does the 3rd icon "Transaction Info" show/do?
once you select a transaction within transaction list and click transaction info. This page gives you more specifics on the transaction. Reference numbers, merchant info, authorization info, and any letters sent for that trans.
What does the 12th icon Statements detail show/do?
Very similar to statement history button showing the same things, as well as reference #17 & #23 also found on the bottom of the transaction list.
How to move back and forth to the next claim?
Manilla folders at top left with the back and forth arrows.
Where to find all notations pertaining to the investigation and actions taken are notated?
Case Notes
Transaction List info: once you select a transaction within transaction list and click transaction info. This page gives you more specifics on the transaction. Reference numbers, merchant info, authorization info, and any letters sent for that trans.
What does the 4th Icon Customer/account Information show/do?
gives more details than the main page shows about the customer information, account information, scores, payment information.
What does the 13th icon Letter History show/do?
This icon will display the date of the letter, the Letter sent, and if the letter is Acknowledgement or Resolution.
How to search/locate related claims?
Binoculars (top left)
Where to find all ACK/INV actions available on the claim?
Action List (bottom right)
What two balances should always match?
Current Balance, and Bal. to Recovery should ALWAYS MATCH
What does the 5th Icon CIS MEMOS show/do?
reflects the account notes FDR shows the same information as well.
What does the 16th Icon Activity Log show/do?
In the Activity log, you can view:
• Date of the action / notation
• Operator that placed the note/took the action
• Description of what occurred. Some entries can be expanded to show specific notations.
• show a deleted note and what was deleted
