The Meowth family is the only Pokemon that can learn this move by level up. It deals damage and scatters coins on the ground which you pick up after you win a battle.

To get this evolution all you need to do is teach it a fairy type move and level it up. Lucky they made the new evolution easy to get.

Politoed Slowking
At 20 base power, this move was the only ghost type attack that dealt direct damage. So even if it could hit psychic Pokemon you probably wouldn’t be doing much damage anyway.

Dragons might be strong against Dragons, but this dragon type move in Gen 1 only deals a fixed 40 damage. So just use ice moves to take down a Dragonite.
Dragon Rage
Showers, Thunders, Booster.
Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon
This is a ghost type move move in Gen 1 that can hit Psychic type Pokemon. And even the Normal type. But uh, it deals damage based on the Pokemons level. And exclusive to the Ghastly line which is also Poison type so it’ll probably lose to Alakazam’s Psychic.
