For security and privacy reasons, Evolve does not allow any showings at our properties.

Explain the difference in payment process for a booking within 30 days and a booking outside of 30 days
All reservations made within 30 days are paid in full. Outside 30 days, Evolve only collects 30% of the total nightly rate and taxes. The final payment is automatically taken from the card on file 30 days prior to their stay.

Explain the difference of added a pet fees when you are inside 30 days vs. when you are outside 30 days.
A pet fee payment is manually captured through the "create payment" button after a booking is confirmed that has a check in date within 30 days. If it is outside of 30 days, simply add the fee to the line items and the fee will be automatically taken with the final payment
