• Targeted Marketing potential customers do not need to go through the application process with Offline Customer Support (OCS).
• The house is Pre-Qualified by Marketing.
• The pre-qualification is noted in the billing system.
• A direct mailer is sent to the Pre-Qualified house.
• The qualification stays with the house. The customer can transfer the SIA service with them to a new pre-qualified location, or provide documentation to qualify at the new location. A Supervisor may need to override or add a Marketing ID at the new location to make possible.
