Ways you can report a Safeguarding concern.
Online, phone number, email, via supervisor.
This should occur when a child has not arrived to school and class has been in session for an hour.
FSC or Center Director attempts to contact the family to inquire about absence. **Attempt of contact must be documented in CP.
This is completed when a child misses a meal due to arriving late/leaving early.
Staff add a note in the child's attendance notes for the day stating "Child left early for appoint. No lunch or snack served"
Medication Administration Permission Forms are valid this amount of time.
