If you are not covered under a Baptist Health medical plan and elect to waive Baptist Health sponsored medical coverage, you may qualify for a medical plan credit of $38.46 per pay period. You must provide proof of other coverage every year.

Does an employee need to elect a primary dentist upon enrollment?
Yes, if no dentist is selected then one will be chosen for employee. Employee may go in and change dentist if they need to.
