Why do we test before we start a PDP
The questionnaire comes in the form of a table with 30 statements. These 30 statements are divided into 5 categories: rebound ability, handling pressure, focus and concentration, confidence and motivation. Each of these categories has 6 statements. To the right of each statement are two columns: true and false.
What is the mental toughness questionnaire
A partner observed me playing in 3 different games. They placed a tally in the appropriate box depending on the behaviour I exhibited and the game it occurred in. At the end, they counted up all of my tallies and placed a total figure in the right hand column for each behaviour.
