Since our calls are recorded, if the patient is available, they can give verbal consent for that one call. Patient must update intake forms during next visit if they want to add a delegated individual.

Should an established patient be triaged if they report cough, chills, difficulty swallowing and runny nose? 

Yes, difficulty swallowing is a triage symptom

When is it appropriate to schedule a patient using the "Infectious Disease Consult (New ID)? 

When patient has an internal/external referral for infectious disease care such as Hep B, Hep C, TB, or any other infectious diseases (not HIV Care).

What does the Full STD Panel include?

HIV, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Hep B & C. Patients can request herpes testing if needed.
