Two parts, Phase 1: Area Staff is verifying the status of students who have not checked into their rooms starting the first week of class.
Phase 2: Area Staff is confirming the status of “In Room” residents/entries (ensuring the right heads are in the right rooms/beds).

What do you do if a student shows up at your desk after hours without a Cane Card?
First, check to make sure that they dont have a printed card waiting for them at the desk (if they uploaded a photo, they should). If they never uploaded a photo, or if a Cane Card cannot be found, then provide a temporary access card through noon the next day to give a chance to get a card printed next day.
