What is short-term disability?
Short-Term Disability provides income protection if you are unable to work due to a qualifying off-the-job illness or injury. This plan is funded through employee contributions and provides 66 2/3% of your average base pay (up to a maximum benefit per month), tax-free, up to 52 weeks.
If you enroll in Short-Term Disability coverage, you are automatically enrolled in Long-Term Disability coverage at no additional cost (funded by the Company). If you remain disabled after receiving 52 weeks of benefits, Long-Term coverage will provide a benefit equal to 50% of your average pay.
Optional Disability coverage is a supplement to Long-Term Disability and provides an additional 20% of base pay (tax-free), subject to IRS limits.

What is Military leave?
P&G’s military leave covers employees in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, Coast Guard, and Public Health Service or the Reserves/National Guard during active military service for training, other routine duty, local/national emergencies, or any military duty in which the employee is ordered to appear. P&G also provides up to two paid days per calendar year for eligible employees to prepare for deployment, attend weekend drills that occur on regularly scheduled workdays, or participate in other official military events.
How much money can you earn from using the myHEALTH myREWARDS incentive program?
An employee can earn a maximum of $300 for completing up to three activities ($100/activity). Some of the health activities include answering an online health survey, completing a biometric screening, having an annual physical, and more.

mothers, fathers, domestic partners, and legal guardians) is eligible for up to 8 weeks of Paid Parental
Leave to care for and bond with the child. Paid Parental Leave may begin after the date of birth within 12
months of the child’s birth.
